Photography is a passion and a joy and I hope that it shows in my work.
But I realised while working in multimedia and video production that some
images needed audio for maximum impact. Weddings are a perfect
example (one that I specialise in). Wedding photos are beautiful, but they
don’t capture the vows. These days many people carefully choose their
vows or write their own, to communicate just how they feel. It breaks my
heart that many of those touching occasions aren’t captured and relived.
Speeches can be another part of a wedding that are worth remembering.
Many times at weddings I’ve had a tear in my eye as deep love and respect
is verbalised. It’s not just the bride and groom either. Often wedding
speeches are the time when parents say words of love and respect for their
children, words that they may have difficulty expressing at other times. I
began photography with audio to provide the photography package that I
believe many couples really want, beautiful photos and an audio cd.
